The best to-go drink
I have realized, after thousands of to-go drinks taken from various restaurants, that the absolute best drink you can get to-go is Iced Tea. You see, if you get a soft drink to-go, the ice will eventually melt, making the drink taste flat and gross. But with tea, watering it down does almost nothing to the flavor, so you can continue to enjoy it until it is gone.
This is especially true if you are running errands after you get your to-go cup. Few things are as bad as getting back to your car after going art-and-crafts shopping (you know, for my fiancee, not me) and taking a sip from your to-go cup, only to have it watered down. You might as well throw it out.
